Manager of Packaging Design, 2017 – 2019
• Directed package design team of up to 3 designers over 8 product lines; ensured all deadlines were met
• Communicated directly with overseas production team to develop and approve packaging structure and artwork
from initial concept to final production pieces
• Developed new and improved processes and procedures that improved communication between cross-functional teams
• Directly communicated with executives and sales team from concept to final execution
• Directed product catalogue and advertisement design for company’s 2 newest brands - Aquio and Cavalier
• Aquio brand strategist and creative lead; assured brand integrity was adhered to by creative and marketing teams
• Managed Aquio social media account from content creation to influencer campaigns
• Developed style guides for in-house design teams and brand licensees; reviewed and approved licensee packaging
to ensure compliance with iHome brand standards
